Research Field:

The primary goal of our laboratory is to develop advanced strategies for the diagnosis and therapeutic interventions for metabolic diseases and cancer. Our laboratory focuses on studying the regulatory mechanisms underlying lipid droplet-related disorders, and are devoting to developing innovative nucleic-acid and small-molecule drugs.

Our laboratory currently has two research directions. First, we are studying the mechanisms underlying the drug-response heterogeneity in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and on this basis, devoted to developing innovative drugs for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. The second direction is to advance siRNA delivery approaches. We believe that these advancements in delivery technologies will broaden the application of RNAi-based therapeutics in disease treatment.
