The laboratory isestablished towards solving the core technological problems in the process of clinical diagnosis and drug development. It aims to develop a series of cancer biomarkers, tumor drug targets and leading drug compounds by establishing high-throughput, high-content androbust quantitative chemical proteome technologies,eventually toimprove our overall capabilities in early diagnosis and treatment of major diseases, as well as in the independent innovation of drug development.

Utilizing functional proteome technologies, the laboratory performs high-throughput screening of clinical samples to discover biomarkers for general screening and prediction of major diseases. With the help of high-throughput screening platform, we can discover the binding targets of natural products and synthetic compounds,and furtherevaluate thedruggability ofthese small molecules,provide guidance to drug development.
