The laboratory aims to provide new target genes for increasing the success rate of clinical immunotherapy, comprehensively revolutionize the discovery methods of tumor immunological targets, and innovatively conduct tumor immunological target research and development through the combination of bioinformatics and CRISPR-Cas9 library screening technology, providing new research ideas for the discovery of immunoregulatory genes, and carrying out preliminary drug research and development for treatment targets. Eventually, an innovative platform from target discovery, target verification to drug research and development will be formed, bringing new potential benefits for the clinical treatment of cancer patients.
