Mass Spectrometry Platform

The Mass Spectrometry Platform is equipped with different types of instruments such as Orbitrap Eclipse Tribrid™, QTRAP® 6500+ LC-MS/MS, and Q Exactive™ Plus Orbitrap™, which can realize the identification and quantification of different types of bioactive molecules such as proteins, drugs, and natural metabolites.

Platform functions:

1. Proteomics technical services such as conventional protein identification, post translational modification analysis, label free quantification, data independent acquisition protein quantification, and iTRAQ/TMT/SILAC protein labeling quantification.

2. Using chemical proteomics methods to study the covalent interactions between small molecules and proteins, and to find the protein targets and binding sites of small molecules.

3. Employing strategies such as thermal proteome profiling and photo-crosslinking to study the non-covalent interactions between small molecules and proteins, and to identify the target proteins of small molecules.

4. Metabolite targeted quantification and data analysis.

5. Other customized services.
