The Chemical Analysis and Testing Platform is mainly used for the identification and analysis of the structure of small molecule compounds, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of compounds. The platform are equipped with a 400M nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometer, and an analytical and preparative university liquid chromatograph, which can realize a series of related studies from the synthesis of starting materials to the structure identification, molecular weight determination, separation and purification of compounds from the synthesis of starting materials to the final product.
Platform functions:
1. Structural identification of synthetic small molecule compounds, including one-dimensional NMR (1H, 13C, 31P, 19F, DEPT), two-dimensional NMR (HMBC, HSQC, etc.);
2. According to the properties of the target compounds, use appropriate HPLC to achieve effective analysis and separation of small molecule compounds;
3. Based on the user's experimental objectives, the synthesis route is formulated in detail and the optimal experimental scheme is selected.
